You just signed up a new member!
"You just signed up a New Member!" - A success story!
Often, as marketers and recruiters, we are asked if we are successful, and how did we achieve our success? Very often, these questions come from those who are not only seeking that same success, but are looking for, and in some ways are wanting to, justify their own reasons for seeking the same.
What is really being asked is "Can I really be successful at what you are doing?"
The answer is YES! You can achieve the same results.
But what often is overlooked by both parties is- What is the individuals definition of the success? It may be very different for either party.
I believe that the definition of success is realized upon receiving that first notice which says "Congratulations, You just signed up a New Member!" This is the first, but not certainly the last, indication that you are on the right road to the ultimate achievement you desire. It is through persevereness that you will get to where you want to be in the end, and by persevering, you will receive this recognition.
This achievement will come at different points for everyone in their journey. For some, it happens very quickly and often. For others, it may take quite some time to realize this milestone. But just know, that once you have received that first notification, you are now successful. Learn to embrace this moment.
So how do you get there? For me, it came by diving in and learning all there is to know and more!
By learning about Safelists, Traffic Exchanges, e-mail marketing, auto-responders, newsletters, Blogging, 3-way calling, video conferencing, on-line webinars, social networking and more, you will learn different ways to reach out to people. By attending and purchasing marketing training and personal development programs, you will learn how to connect with people better.
By developing your personal skills and increasing your personal value, you will have built credibility and value in yourself, to where you become a valuable resource to the people you encounter on your journey to a successful career as marketer and Entrepreneur. It is these people who are looking for leadership, a quality that you now possess because you took the time and action to develop it in you. This is truly what success is.
Success is not measured in the money you accrue, but in the impact you make! Make this your goal, and you will be receiving congratulations on the beginning of a successful career!
