We have just added an ability to postpone the start of your ad campaign in the "My Sites" section. It can be useful when your website is still under construction, or when some program is in prelaunch mode and you want to be one of the first who starts promoting this program right at its launch, or even if you go on vacation and would like the campaign to start the day you are back without having to remember to turn it on, and so on.
