- What is my user ID?
Your user ID is your EasyHits4U username. It can be found on the "Account info" page and in your registration email.
- If I purchase credits, will you add them automatically to my account?
No, it may take up to 24-48 hours to process your order, not including weekends. Our staff verifies each purchase. However, if you are a returning customer and pay through PayPal or AlertPay, our IPN system will recognize you and process your order immediately.
- What is the difference between assigned & unassigned credits?
"Unassigned" credits are credits from your account balance. They can be assigned to your site from the "My sites" page. "Assigned" credits are credits that were assigned to your sites (e.g. credits have been moved from your account balance to your web site balance using the "Assign credits" page). As soon as you assign credits to your site(s), our system starts to convert them into hits to your site(s). One credit is equal to one visit to your site by one of our surfers.
- Can I set up the account to automatically assign all credits I earn to my sites?
- What is a splash page?
Splash page is a fast loading page that designed to grab the attention of surfers to your site (or affiliate/referral link from other program). Properly designed splash page will help you to get much more signups to your sites.
You can create your own unique splash page in the Easy Splash Builder section, submit it to the list of your sites on the "My sites" page and
assign some credits to your splash, just like you do for other sites.
- Where can I check the number of received hits?
Please check your site statistics under the "stats" link on the "My sites" page. The number of hits per day depends on many factors and is limited to the number of active surfers. Please note that you will receive much more traffic if you upgrade your account to Premium membership or buy some credits.
- How can I lift the restriction of 10 active sites in my account?
- What happens if I delete a site?
When you delete a site, it will be immediately removed from EasyHits4U network. The credits assigned to the deleted site will be transferred to your account balance and can be assigned to other sites.
- I'd like to add www.somesite.com to your exchange but can't do that. Why?
It means that this web site is in our block list or doesn't pass our site approval system. If you own this website, please fix the described problems and re-submit your site once again. If you believe that this web site doesn't violate our Terms, please email us its full URL, and if that is the case, we will remove it from our block list.
- My site was declined, but has assigned credits, how can I get them?
You can get those credits back to your account if you delete the declined site.
- Can I assign all or part of my earned credits to my sites and still get payments from you?
You don't need to collect your credits to receive payments. Even if you assign all your credits to your sites, you'll receive payments in full.
- I can't find the payout link here. How can I get earned money?
- How many banners can I have on my account?
Our members can add multiple banners to their account, each with full clickthrough percentage reporting to see how each banner is performing.
- How can I convert credits to banner impressions?
After creating a banner on your account, you can convert credits to banner impressions by clicking on "Credits -> Impressions" menu link. The current ratio is 1:25 for free members, 1:35 for Premium members — e.g. 1 credit will convert to 25/35 banner impressions.
- How can I convert earned credits into cash?
Credits cannot be converted into cash but can be assigned to your sites so they receive visitors from us. Don't forget that you can promote moneymaking programs and build your downline in our traffic exchange as well.
Please note that EasyHits4U.com is NOT a moneymaking program. The site is designed as a traffic exchange, and the bonus members are earning for surfing is just an added benefit. The site is not designed to have people work full time to make money.
- How can I update my email address in the system?
To change your account details you must log in and click "Account Info" from the top menu. Here you can type in the new email address in the Email field.
- Do you deliver unique hits to my site during the day?
We guarantee round-the-clock unique hits from 3:00:00 am to 2:59:59 am EST (GMT-5). This feature loads our server much more but we prefer not to send the same surfers to your site multiple times during a day.
- Why does my visitor counter show smaller amounts of received visitors compared to the number of assigned credits?
You may have set geo targeting and/or custom timing on some of your sites. That's why you were charged more credits for each visit to your site, as stated in the hint balloons on site submission form. You can reset your site settings to default under the "edit" link on the "My sites" page.
This problem can also happen if you are using a graphic-based (for example, StatCounter) or JavaScript counter (for example, Google Analytics). Many of our surfers switch off graphics and/or JavaScript and the counter button/code doesn't load. Obviously, visits for these users will not be counted.
Thus we recommend some server statistics software (for example, Webalizer or AWStats) or some tracking service (for example, TEToolbox or HitsConnect) to make sure that our delivery rate is very close to 100% accurate.
- I've assigned credits and they were gone in minutes. What's wrong?
This can happen because your site usually jumps into rotation immediately and is visited by current surfers (we have ~800-1200 members surfing simultaneously).
- Why was my account blocked?
