1. How does StartPage feature work?
   
   Everytime you start your browser (once every 15 seconds), other member's site will load. You will receive a credit for viewing the site. It is very easy to set up. Go to StartPage Setup section and click the "StartPage setup" link. When the dialog box pops up, just say Yes.
   
   
   
2. If I purchase credits, will you add them automatically to my account?
   
   No. We credit accounts 2-3 times per day manually. Each purchase is verified by our staff.
   
   
   
3. Can I set up the account to automatically assign all credits I earn to my sites?
   
   Yes. Go to "Account Info" section of your account and set "Auto Assign %" to 100.
   
   
   
4. Where can I check number of received hits?
   
   Please check your site statistics under "stats" link on "My sites" page. Number of hits per day depends on many reasons and is limited to the number of active surfers. Please note that you will receive much more traffic if you upgrade your account to Premium membership or buy some credits
   
   
   
5. How can I lift the restriction of 5 active sites in my account?
   
   Upgrade to Premium membership or buy at least 2500 credits total to be able to promote unlimited number of sites.
   
   
   
6. What happens if I delete a site?
   
   When you delete a site the site will be removed from EasyHits4U network. The credits assigned to deleted site will be transferred to your account balance. The site can not be restored once you have deleted it.
   
   
   
7. I'd like to add www.somesite.com to your exchange but can't do that. Why?
   
   It means that this web site is in our block list. If you believe that this web site doesn't break our Terms, please email us its full URL, and if it's really so, we will remove it from our block list.
   
   
   
8. What is the difference between assigned & unassigned credits?
   
   Unassigned" credits are credits from your account balance. They can be assigned to your site from "Assign credits" page. "Assigned" credits are credits which were assigned to your sites (e.g. credits have been moved from account balance to web site balance using "Assign credits" page).
   
   
   
9. My site was declined, but has assigned credits, how can I get them?
   
   You can get those credits back to your account if you delete declined site.
   
   
   
10. Can I assign all/part of earned credits to my sites and still get payments from you?
    
    You don't need to collect your credits to receive payments. Even if you assign all credits to your sites, you'll receive payments in full
    
    
    
11. I can't find payout link here. How can I get earned money?
    
    Please use 'Cash Out' link in the 'Account stats' section.
    
    
    
12. What is Site Weight?
    
    Feature allows you to select which site of yours will show more often. The more the weight is - the more often it shows. So, lets say you put 3 for Site 1 and 6 for Site 2. Our system will know to show your Site 2 twice as often as Site 1.
    
    
    
13. How many banners can I have on my account?
    
    Our members can add multiple banners to their account, each with full clickthrough percentage reporting to see how each banner is performing.
    
    
    
14. How can I convert credits to banner impressions?
    
    After creating a banner on your account, you can convert credits to banner impressions by clicking on "Credits -> Impressions' menu link. Current ratio is 1:15 for free members, 1:20 for Premium members - e.g. 1 credit will convert to 15/20 banner impressions.
    
    
    
15. How can I convert earned credits into cash?
    
    Credits cannot be converted into cash but can be assigned to your sites so they receive visitors from us. Don't forget that you can promote money-making programs and build your downline in our traffic exchange as well.
    
    Please note that EasyHits4U.com is NOT a money-making machine. The site is designed as a traffic exchange, and bonus members are getting for surfing is just an added bonus. The site is not designed to have people work full time to make money.
    
    
    
16. How can I update my email address in the system?
    
    To change your account info you must log in and click 'Account info' from the main menu. Here you can type in the new email address in the email field.
    
    
    
17. Do you deliver unique hits to my site during the day?
    
    We guarantee 24 hours unique hits starting from 3:00:00 am to 2:59:59 am EST (GMT-5). This feature loads our server much more but we prefer not to send the same surfers to your site multiple times during a day.
    
    
    
18. Why my visitor counter shows smaller amount of received visitors comparatively to the number of assigned credits?
    
    This problem can happen if you are using graphic-based or JavaScript counter. Many of our surfers switch off graphics and/or JavaScript and counter button/code doesn't load. Obviously visits for these users will not be counted. Thus we recommend some server statistics software (for example, Webalizer or AWStats) or at least text-based counters (using PHP, Perl or ASP)
    
    
    
19. I've assigned credits and they were gone in minutes. What's wrong?
    
    This can happen because usually your site jumps into rotation immediately and visited by current surfers (we have ~250-400 members surfing simultaneously).
    
    
    
20. Why my account was blocked?
    
    Our system could block your account automatically because your cancelled your membership. Just drop us an email and we will re-activate your EasyHits4U account.
    
    
    
21. How do I cancel my account?
    
    Please use "Delete account" link on the bottom of "Account info" page. We would be very thankfull if you can drop us a message telling why you've decided to cancel your membership.
