- What are credits?
One credit is the same as one visitor to your site. Each credit you earn can be exchanged for one visitor to your page.
- Why should I surf?
You should surf if you want more absolutely free traffic to your site. For every site you visit on a 20 second timer you'll get one visitor back to your site. And also for every 1000 sites you surf you'll receive a $0.30 reward.
- How does the surfbar work?
When you start surfing you will see the surfbar in top of the window. Wait until the timer changes to "Go", then pick a a duplicate picture to continue surfing. If you see a set of two words or numbers, the system is asking you to perform a simple calculation. Just pick the answer for a given equation.
- When I started surfing for 1 page I just got 0.50 credits which means your ratio is 2 : 1 instead of 1 : 1; so do I need to surf 2 pages to get 1 credit?
You get a real 1:1 ratio on a 20 second timer:
- a credit of 0.5 goes to your account balance and
- a credit of 0.5 goes towards your Web site balance.
So, in fact you are getting 1 credit for every site you visit.
As a Premium member you can low the auto-assign ratio to 0% to accumulate earned credits. (See the "Settings" page.)
- Why do I have to wait 20 seconds for each credit?
To make sure that everyone has a good chance to look at your site, the surf countdown is set at 20 seconds. This is why EasyHits4U traffic is valuable to accumulate, as real people must spend time at your site before moving to the next site. It's a great opportunity to showcase your product, or even make a sale.
- How do I report a framebreaker (a web site which removes the surfing frame)?
Framebreakers are a real headache for all webmasters. When a site breaks our surfing frame, a new JavaScript popup appears. Press the "OK" button if you are leaving our site or just trying to refresh the browser window, or press the "Cancel" button to report a framebreaker.
Alternatively, please try to remember the site URL or catch the site ID in a new pop-up window and just e email it to us. We will do everything we can to find and remove such a web site.
- I am not being credited for pages that I have viewed. It doesn't show me getting credit for anything I click on, the balance shows a zero everytime. What's happening?
Please check your auto-assign ratio in the "Settings" section. If it's equal to 100, then all earned credits are auto-assigned to your sites automatically. Please change auto-assign ratio if you want to accumulate part of earned credits on your account balance and assign them to your sites later.
- In order to earn the $0.30, do I have to surf 1000 sites within 1 day?
There is no time limit for surfing, e.g. you can surf 1000 sites within one week or even one month and still receive your cash bonus for surfing.
- I tried to surf to earn credits but it just takes me to one
site and stays there; there is no way to go on to the next site. How should I proceed?
Simply pick a a duplicate picture in the surfbar to continue surfing.
Another thing you might try is to refresh your browser by clearing your browser cache. Or try some other browser. We support Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox,
Chrome & Opera.
- I have no time to surf but want to receive hits to my site. What can I do?
You can purchase hits at extremely low prices! Login to your account and click "Buy credits". Prices start from $5.95 for 1000 hits!
- Why does your surfing timer load for 30 or even 40 seconds?
Our members can set custom timing for viewing their site(s) — not only 20 seconds by default but 30, or even 40 seconds! You will receive 1.5 credits for viewing sites set to 30 seconds and 2 credits for sites set to 40 seconds. Also, you can choose whether or not you wish to view sites with 30/40 seconds surfing timers. Simply choose your preferred option on the "Settings" page.
- I've been stuck on a test phrase during surfing. The test phrase is "seventeen – 12" and possible answers are five, ten and thirteen. Which one should I choose?
If you see a set of two words and/or numbers, the system is asking you to perform a simple calculation. So, for a given example the first answer is the correct one because seventeen – 12 = five (17 – 12 = 5)
- What is a surf drawing ticket?
While you are surfing you are given surf drawing tickets for the current day's
drawing. Ten lucky surfers receive a $1 cash bonus each, ten surfers receive 500 credits each, ten surfers receive 5000 banner impressions each, and ten more surfers receive 5000 text ad impressions each. When the drawing is made at the time of the server restart, winners automatically receive email notifications about their prizes. After that, all old surf drawing tickets are voided and a new drawing starts. The more you surf = The more drawing tickets = The more chances to win!
- Why do I never see my own page during surfing?
It will cost you credits if you surf your own page; that's why we do not show surfers their own pages in rotation. To make sure that you receive visitors from us in full, please use some tracking or statistics software.
- During surfing I've received the message, "Your account has been suspended" What has happened with my account?
It only means that some site was suspended outside our system and the only thing we can do is to exclude it from the surfing list. Please use the "Report site" link if you have found such a site.
- I couldn't find an answer to my question.
Please contact us. We are sure
we can find solutions and answers to any problems or questions you might have.
